We at PayPLUS, LLC. (“PayPlus” or “we” or “us” or “our”) are committed to protecting any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you disclose to us through our PayPLUS website pages, including web-based PayPLUS client-only service pages, such as the Employee Self-Serve Portal (“ESS”), and for the administration of our products and services, (collectively “PayPLUS Services”). We want you to understand our practices with respect to how we collect, use and share the information we collect from individuals.
Collection and Use of Information
PayPLUS wants to be clear about what information it collects and how the information is used for purposes such as delivering PayPLUS Services to you, operating our business, and making our PayPLUS Services work better for you.
PayPLUS relies upon a variety of information to run our business. In connection with our PayPLUS Services, we may collect and use your Personal Information. Personal information is information about you that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, email address, username, password, or phone, and that is not publicly available. PayPLUS may also obtain non-personally identifiable information through the use of General Web Tracking Information and Click Path Tracking (cookie technology), such as Google Analytics, described below.
Collection of Personal Information related to the PayPLUS Services
We may collect and use your Personal Information for the purposes of:
Communicating with you regarding PayPLUS Services, and improving them over time
Registering your account
Providing you with PayPLUS Services as a client, in accordance with your agreement
Providing you with access to use PayPLUS Services, in accordance with a client agreement
Providing you with customer service and technical support
We may also get information from other businesses or people when a third-party is linked to your account, (e.g. linked bank accounts) or when we use a service provider to help us verify the accuracy of our data, in order to provide better service, (e.g. verifying tax information). Generally, the accuracy of our data is dependent upon the accuracy of the data you supply to us.
General Web Tracking Information
We may keep track of the pages visited by each user. Our web server automatically collects some information about you when you request pages from our server, including your IP address. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to you. We may aggregate this data with data on the pages visited by other users to track overall visitor traffic patterns and improve our PayPLUS website by making it more responsive to the needs and preferences of our users. This information does not identify you personally.
Click Path Tracking
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts may be used by our analytics, information technology and web monitoring service providers. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the PayPLUS website, tracking users’ movements around the PayPLUS website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
Sharing of Information
We may disclose your Personal Information or non-personally identifiable information with third-parties who provide services to assist us with the provision of PayPLUS Services, such as website design, website hosting, data storage, data authentication, and security, sending communications related to PayPLUS Services, or performing analytics. Our contracts with these third parties restrict their collection and use of information to what is needed under our agreement, and they are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
Where your PayPLUS Services account links to third-party services, such as financial accounts, we must access your online account with such financial institution. In such case, you consent to our exchange of information with such parties, including Personal Information, as necessary for the operation of our business and provide our services, such as direct deposit or automated clearinghouse funds transfers. We will request only such data as is necessary to enable such access.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information to law-enforcement personnel and agencies when requested to do so or as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or wage garnishments and child support payments.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information, as required, if PayPLUS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.

Storage of Information
PayPLUS may collect, use, and share your information, as provided above, for as long as needed to provide you with PayPLUS Services, while your account is active or your employer retains your personnel information, as needed to operate our business, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security of Information
To reduce the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure, PayPLUS, or its third-party service providers, have put in place a number of physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help protect the information PayPLUS collects on the PayPLUS website and in provision of PayPLUS Services. For example, an authorized username and password information is required to access certain client data. In addition, we use standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates to secure all pages used for inputting users’ Personal Information.
